Buying Online
Making a purchase is very straight forward. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.We accept credit card and debit card payment. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your local currency. We will not charge for any product until it is ready to despatch.When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Delivery Times
Orders are normally despatched within 24-48 hours of receipt with the carrier time being 3-6 days on saver delivery or 2-3 days on express. International orders will take longer.

Out Of Stock Items
In the event of a product not being available from stock, we can hold your order and send it when the stock is available. If a product is out of stock delivery will normally be within 14-21 days and we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to wait for stock or cancel the order.

Taxes
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.

When your order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using SSL 128 bit encryption. You can also send your order in with an option for us to contact you by phone for credit or debit card details.

Our Guarantee
We are very keen to ensure that you are pleased with your purchase and we need you to be 100% satisfied with your product. If your purchase is faulty in any way simply return it to our address in it's original packaging and in the same condition as you received the item. We will refund the value of your purchase in full. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we can only refund earrings which are faulty.

Returns Policy
Sales to end users
Within 14 days of purchase, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase you can return it in it's original packaging for a full refund provided the item(s) are in original saleable condition. Making Payment
We accept payment by most credit / debit cards via SagePay secure card processing. When you pay by this method SagePay authenticates your card on our behalf. We then charge for goods sent at the time of despatch.
